När du anmäler medlemskap eller när du bekräftar köp i vår webbshop ger du Mom in Balance tillåtelse att behandla dina uppgifter. Vi kan lagra dina personlig uppgifter i olika ögonblick. Tex, när du besöker Mom in Balances hemsida, använder medlems portalen, betalar i vår webbshop, använder våra tjänster eller när du kontaktar oss. Om du önskar att inte dela dina personliga uppgifter med oss, så kommer vi inte ha möjlighet att slutföra betalningar, leverera ditt köp. Därmed, är det inte möjligt att ta del av våra träningar och tjänster. Vi kommer bara bearbeta dina personliga uppgifter med ditt samtycke.

Om du är yngre än 16 år, behöver vi din/dina vårdnadshavare tillstånd att använda våra tjänster.

För att kunna använda våra tjänster behöver vi följande information:

• Ditt Namn, så vi och din/dina tränare vet vem du är

• Ditt födelsedatum, så tränaren vet din ålder

• Din adress, detta står noterat på din faktura

• Din hemstad, detta är noterat på din faktura

• Ditt telefonnummer, för att vi ska kunna nå dig för frågor eller meddela förändringar

• Din email adress, för att vi ska kunna nå dig samt att du kan logga in i vår medlemsportal

• Dina kortuppgifter, så vi kan debitera för ditt medlemskap och köp

• Ditt beräknade födelsedatum, för att vi ska kunna garantera att ditt medlemskap pausas automatiskt och för våra tränare skall veta vart i din graviditet du befinner dig.

• Du kan lägga till information gällande din hälsa som du anser är av vikt för tränarna att ha kännedom om, detta kommer att sparas och delas med tränarna.

I ditt medlemskonto är ditt namn synligt för andra medlemmar i de klasser som du har anmält dig till. Du kan dela information om dig själv samt ladda upp ett foto. Du kan alltid radera denna information, och all information kommer raderas när du avslutar ditt medlemskap. Om du önskar att ditt namn inte är synligt för andra medlemmar ber vi dig att skicka ett mail till stockholm@mominbalance.se Då ser vi givetvis till att du är anonym.

Ibland behöver vi information för marknadsundersökning. Vi kommer att använda den informationen anonymt. Vi kommer inte att dela dina svar med externa parter eller publicera det offentligt.

För att kunna informera dig om kampanjer, rabatter och andra nyheter så skickar vi ut vårt nyhetsbrev. Vi använder oss av ett opt-in system, vilket betyder att du kan avregistrera dig från vårt nyhetsbrev.

För att kunna lägga en order behöver vi ditt namn, email adress, leveransadress samt betaluppgifter. Vi kommer att registrera, spara och behandla din information korrekt samt så effektivt vi kan. Vid behov kan vi även använda din information som en efterföljande garanti. När vi behandlar din order är inga tjänsteleverantörer inblandade.

Processors

We may share your personal data with others. In a data processing agreement, we shall agree with those parties that they shall use your data carefully and they shall only receive the data that is relevant for their services. These parties use your data in accordance with our instructions and not for their own purposes. We can share your data for example with our administration software provider B.O.S.S., our web developer Bluefield, our payment processors like Stripe and our Banks. They will take care of the storage of the data and the correct processing of membership payments.


Transfer

We will only process your data within the European Union. We will only process your data outside of the European Union if the country has an effective protection level for your data. We will never transfer your data to other countries or other parties then described above.
